1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or stitched orders
  • Items showing signs of use or wear

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via phone or email to initiate your request.
  2. Once approved, our team will share the return instructions.
  3. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Right to Refuse

Stitchberry reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria or appear to be intentionally damaged.
